A Starling’s attention is drawn to the growing murmuration, as the sun sets below the horizon.
On close inspection, Starlings are colourful birds with a glossy rainbow sheen of purple and greens, and white flecks that are particularly striking in their winter plumage.
Starlings flock together to form murmurations in the sky. As the group number swells, it swoops, twists and turns.
